Upper Bankhead is located nearby to Lower Bankhead and northwest of Two Jack Lake, surrounded by incredible mountain scenery.
This place has toilets, plenty of parking lots and picnic tables.
Perfect spot if you have many guests and it's less busy.
LOWER BANKHEAD
Banff-Minewanka Road
Bankhead- Alberta was a small coral mining town that existed in the early 20th century.
The Alberta ghost town of Bankhead is in the lower Bankhead day use area in the Minewanka loop of Banff.
This is one of our favorite locations that is filled with incredible ruins and mountain views.
This is fun & unique spot for photos as well.
MEADOW ON MT NORQUAY

Spectacular views of the Bow River, Downtown Banff and the iconic Mt Rundle.
The "Green Spot" is a beautiful grassy slope that opens up to sweeping views of Banff and the surrounding area.
It's a great spot for wedding ceremony and photography.
BOW FALL MEADOW
Banff
Bow Falls is a major waterfall on the Bow River and they are located near the Banff Springs Hotel and golf course.
There are trails for pedestrians along the south shore of the bow river.
This place is a spectacular setting for your wedding ceremony, framed by mountain peaks and lush emerald forests.

Lake Louise is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married.
It's also an amazing place to plan an elopement.
When you are in the mountains, an outdoor ceremony is the best way to go to be able to enjoy the beautiful views, even in the winter.
