* An additional $50 will be added for late night take down service (after reception of your wedding day)

1. Site visit and 8 hours of wedding day presence
2. Pre-checklist- we will start going through your planning process about 2 weeks before wedding
3. Point of contact for all vendors
4. Ensuring all vendors provide their proper services
5. Monitoring of expected deliveries and oversight of distribution
6. Assistance of ceremony & reception set up
7. Guest management
8. Travel cost
9. Additional helpers provided by us
